Shipping policy

GreatIcons is an art-shop, making and selling original artwork sculptures. We do not provide shipping services directly. We use 3-rd party shipping services publicly available to anyone like USPS, UPS, DHL etc..

Greaticons provides free shipping for the small (less than 10 inches in the longest dimension) items within the USA.

Greaticons does its best to prepare and ship purchased items as soon as possible. Usually preparation and handling takes 3-5 business days for majority of our items. Bigger items can take up to 5-7 business days before its shipping. Also some shipping delays could arise in case of overload of orders, 3-rd party's, bad weather, power outages, and other force majeure situations out of our control.
