Statue of Chinese Dragon (a.k.a. Lung, Long, 龙, 龍 or Loong) holding the Earth (Handmade, UV-Resin, 2 sizes)

Handmade 3D-printed statue of Chinese Dragon made in two sizes: small: 4.25"x2.5"x4.5"; big: 6.25"x3.8"x6.75".

The statue is an art-work, depicting the traditional Eastern Dragon holding the planet Earth, as a Feng Shui symbol of Power, Abundance, Wealth, Protection and Success. It is believed that keeping a statue of the Dragon in the south-western section of the house grants a happy marriage and harmonious relationships; in the northern sector it brings great power, success in business and/or luck in career; in the eastern part - protection and peace of mind; in the southeastern section - abundance and wealth.

Each statuette is made by 3D printing process of UV-cured non-brittle expensive resin. The whole process of 3D-printing can take up to 16 hours. Then it's painted in black primer with a silver/gold metallic compound imitating the look of an antique silver/gold statue and coated with protective lacquer. For the Black option, the statue is finished in black primer without silver or gold metallic wax. 3D printed models may have high level of intricate details and geometry that's impossible to achieve in mass production processes.
