Statue of Eddie Van Halen (EVH), legendary rock-star guitarist (Handmade, UV-resin)

Handmade 3D-printed statue inspired by legendary rock-star guitarist Eddie Van Halen co-founder of the band Van Halen. Dimensions: 6.8"x4.6"x2.6".

EVH introduced his unique guitar style into rock music in 1978, and changed the sound of rock guitar forever. The statuette is 3D-modeled as a stylized art-work by Ronnie Yonk, depicting the iconic stage pose of Eddie.

Each statue is made by 3D printing process of UV-cured non-brittle expensive resin. The whole process of 3D-printing can take up to 16 hours. Then it's painted in black primer with a silver/gold metallic wax compound imitating the look of an antique silver/gold statue and coated with protective lacquer. For the Black option, the statue is finished in black primer without silver or gold metallic wax. 3D printed models may have high level of intricate details and geometry that's impossible to achieve in mass production processes.
